My friend is currently in her AOS stage, based on marriage, but has lost both the NOA. How can she go around renewing her EAD without any fee and with a lost NOA? I understand that for EAD renewal to be free, you have to send a copy of the NOA and the approval notice for EAD, which is also missing.
