I got my EAD /AP approved in March 2017. I am planning to travel to India in Sept and return through LAX.
I had an Artist Visa O and now pending EB1.
Does anyone recently entered LAX on EAD / AP with pending EB1 ?
What was your experience ? I heard some rumors that they are rejecting entry for people with AP. Is that true?
Any advice would be great! I have booked my tickets for Sept 8 -25.
