Wrong date of birth on EAD/AP
Hi guys,
It was very disappointing to face an error on my date of birth on my EAD after 4 months of waiting... When I applied, my date of birth was wrong but I corrected in the same week, sent the form 130 with a correct date of birth. I even got the case update on the USCIS that my birth date was updated on I485, I765 and I131.
The point is, I bought my ticket to fly home on October 6 and sent the request to correct my EAD/AP today, 38 days before my trip. How long does it take to get the corrected card? I received an email saying that I will have the response by September 19th.
