Hi,
My L2 I94 and EAD is expiring in December 2017.
My L2 extension was applied recently in September 2017.
Spouse L1/I94 extension was approved and valid until June 2018.
Can i file for a EAD extension using the i539 receipt and if yes, can anyone post their experiences when they did the same.
I see 3 scenarios which can occur:
1> EAD extension gets rejected
2> EAD extension gets approved until June 2018 based on L1 validity and
3> EAD extension is put on hold or RFE until i539 gets approved
PS: I know it would have been better to file L2/EAD extension concurrently but my spouse's organization messed up in spite of us sending documents together.
