Applied for EAD Renewal= Aug 9th for Myself and my Wife.
EAD Expiry is Jan 31st 2018.
Have never used the EAD. Always in H1 Status and Wife in H4 Status.
Have a Valid renewed H1 and H4 pation approved in Aug 2017 - planning to for Stamping if needd.
I485 Priorty date is : Nov 24 2008.

My WIfe want to travel outside country in November.
1)I saw they mentioned if a Person travels outside country when EAD renewl in process, It might be Cancelled.
if my wife travels in Nov and comes back in Feb 2018.
By that time EAD can ve approved right?
I heard only when we enter than the I94 is re-isues and USCIS will know that we travelled and will cancel EAD is that true?
(or)
once we go out of country will they cancel? Also how can they know we went out of country?
2) worest case if EAD is cancelled because we travelled in November 2017.
Can I go for H1 and H4 stamping and come back to the country.
Tham will it impact by Green card?
3) I am planning to travel once I get the EAD in Jan/Feb
and stay out of country for 2 months.
