May filing and still no ead

    May filing and still no ead

    I filed for aos and ead on 12th may and still haven't received my ead. My h1b visa is expiring on 30th September and I haven't applied for 7th year extension yet. I had been trusting my attorney. But now I'm concerned that at the end of the month I won't be able to work? If I file the h1b extension in the next couple of weeks is that enough to be allowed to work? Anyone else in the same position?

      Mine is arriving today, we have the same PD: MAY 25TH
      Call USCIS and speak to the level 2 officer
      im sure the'll help ...

        My PD is May 22nd. I will be receiving it today as per USPS tracking number. It is taking a little longer...
