EAD has been pending for 85 days!!!!

July 5, 2017: USCIS received the applications
July 12, 2017: The biometric appointment was scheduled on Aug 3, 2017
Aug 10, 2017: Submitted online AR-11 to change the address for the cases of 130 and 131
Aug 20, 2017: Submitted online AR-11 to change the address for the cases of 485 and 765
Aug 26, 2017: The request to change my address for the cases of 130 and 131 was completed
Sep 11, 2017: The request to change my address for the cases of 485 and 765 was completed
Sep 19, 2017: Filed e-request about the status of 765 due to case has been pending for more than 75 days
Sep 28, 2017: Contacted NCSC regarding the pending 765, and was told that my case is within normal processing time because as of July 31 the MSC is processing the 765 C(9) case back to April 12 2017. I was totally shock that the mandate 90 days processing time is no longer existed. The customer rep told me that USCIS will process the case in 90 days or MORE.
Do I need to speak with congressman for help? Really frustrated by the situation.
