EAD Expired 2 years ago

Hi

Need advice!!
I came to US in 2013 with my husband on L2 visa and applied for EAD.. the EAD was approved and the validity was till Sept 2015. However we left to India in 2014 due to family reasons.. Now I am back in US with my husband on l2 visa status and i would like to reapply for EAD..

Do i need to fill the fresh application I765 or it will be still a renewal case?
