I am on valid H4 EAD. I want to open my daycare in california, I own a house, however in one of the form it’s asking to fill spouse information who’ll share house with me. This person can be present in the house when kids are around. My husband works full-time on H1B visa. do you think it’ll be an issue if i provided his name in the form ?
