Valid EAD, AP, I-94 but with expired Visa

  • Valid EAD, AP, I-94 but with expired Visa

    Please suggest/advise whether I can travel from USA to India & back to USA with my below family legal status in USA ? Whether will it impact our pending I-485 & my pending I-140 ?


    Me:
    Visa - L1 A, Expired on Oct,2017, no extn applied
    I-94 - Valid till April 26, 2020
    I485 - Filed & in process with USCIS.
    EAD & Advance Parole- Received & valid from Sep 2017 to Sep 2018


    My Wife:
    Visa - L2, Expired on Oct,2017, extn applied & in process with USCIS.
    I-94 - Expired on Oct 2017
    I485 - Filed & in process with USCIS.
    EAD & Advance Parole: Received & valid from Sep 2017 to Sep 2019


    My Kid:
    Visa - L2, Expired on Oct,2017, extn applied & in process with USCIS.
    I-94 - Expired on Oct 2017
    I485 - Filed & in process with USCIS.
    EAD & Advance Parole: Received & valid from Sep 2017 to Sep 2018

    I do not even see the point of you asking this question. You have AP for the entire family. The very purpose of AP is to facilitate travel during the adjudication of your I485. So unless your I140 and/or I485 are denied during your time away from the US, you can re-enter the US any number of times using AP.
