  • Travelling to India after 7.5 years holding old I-94 cards

I will be travelling to India on EAD next month after 7.5 years. Last time I came US was on H-1B. I and my family have those I-94 cards still with us. I am not sure if the ticketing guys take the cards at check in. How should I hand over them to CBP? Do I even need to do that? Any thing I need to worry about this travel?

    Thanks

Nope. There is no exit check. So you would not need to hand over anything.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

You will be traveling on your Employment Authorization (EAD) or which visa allows you to re-enter the US?

If you have an EAD, you will need Advanced Parole to re-enter the US.
