  • How to get my EAD expedited

    Hello All,

I believe I have grounds to get my EAD expedited but, how do I go about it is there a number to call? I have two job offers on the table with letters. We are struggling financially right now and believe these two jobs would help us tremendously. I have been here for over 2 months now and almost 60 days waiting for our EAD to be approved.

Any phone numbers emails advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Not sure if that's accurate

Hi! I heard i had grounds to get it expedited as well...submitted a job offer along with my application, but when I went in they said that that doesn't make a difference. I'm waiting on my EAD/Travel Doc too! I'm supposed to travel in a week, and it's a very, very important family thing and i may not be able to And I'm currently on Day 98.

What you could do, though, is try and sign up for an infopass appointment (google 'Schedule InfoPass') or call the official customer service line: 1 (800) 375-5283
I will warn you though, they're not the most helpful, and tend to give you the most generic responses, so don't be suprised if you feel like it was futile...

The next best option would be to wait 75 days (I think), after which you can file an official service request, and/or even get your congressman involved.

They're currently reviewing my case now and have asked for my Job offer letter which I've sent so fingers crossed they can Expedite it!

I am currently on my 106th day. Still "Case was received". I am working a job and my current EAD expires in two months so hopefully it does not take them 166 days to process my EAD.

          8 months

I filed for EAD on 3/2/17. Now I'm on 250 the days since filing I765 based on marriage with US Citizen. My wife and I have submitted several service request with no luck. Don't know what to do now....

It got handed to an officer now it says completed but received an email yesterday that said it can take up to 60 more days! So just more waiting after I called they said that expediting doesn't mean it gets done any quicker just gets a priority on it......
