I would like to extend my gratitude to those who take the time to help each other out. My situation is as follows, I have a one year Military Advanced parole since my husband is a Marine Veteran, it will expire in March of next year. We have filed for Adjustment of Status as well as a work permit (I-485 and I-765 concurrent filing) I just had my biometrics done a week ago and my case was accepted as so my status case dictates. My question is can I travel to Mexico or Costa Rica with my Military Advanced Parole before it expires? We are planning on traveling in January of 2018 or will this have any negative effects on my pending adjustment status? I would really appreciate any feedback or if anyone knows of cases like mine.
