Case Received Date - 10/10/2017. TSC
My case status - Case was received.
I have raised a SR on 26th Dec and it is closed yesterday saying -
On January 9, 2018, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SR YYYY XXTSC, was completed.
On January 9, 2018, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number SRZZZTSC.
But we didn't receive any email regarding the case status. Has anyone experienced the same ?
