Advance Parole denied and visa expired
My case:
-A family with L1/L2 visa on process to get the green card thru I-485
My situation
- My process (L1 Visa to GC) is on track, I already have the EAD/AP Card and my passport is stamped as "paroled". My L1 visa expired but I have the parole (No issues)
The issue is with my wife:
- She didnt receive the AP and she traveled out of the country; she get back to US and they allow her to enter and stamp her passport as "paroled"; her visa L2 expired and we just receive the notification that her AP- I-131 was denied due to abandonment. In summary; right now; she doesnt have a Visa, She has the I-94 until Jan 2019 but her AP was denied.
What is your recomendation ?
