Hi All,
My wife's EAD AP combo card is about expire in March---
We are applying for the 180 extension for the EAD with a new 1-765 form, Copies of current EAD Card, i-797 copy, and i-485 NOA copy and 2 new photos's---All set there.
Question is,... what else would I need to included for the AP renewal? Should I attach the same copies to the AP renewal that I attached to the EAD renewal?
I assume using the photo's for the EAD application are sufficient? or do I need to attach a 2nd set of duplicate photos.
Not much info on ISCIS form instructions about AP renewals---so thanks for your help.
