September 2017 filer update
Hello everyone, I am posting an update on my case timeline.

Filed: I-765, I-485, I-131 along with I-912 due to U Visa
From Phoenix, AZ
- 9/1/2017 Case was received by USCIS and filing fee was waived for all forms.
- 10/6/2017 Biometrics letter was mailed, appointment is scheduled for 10/25/2017
*Lawyer office failed to notify of this letter, found about about appointment mid-November.
- 12/1/2017 walked into the Phoneix Office and completed Biometrics
- 12/13/2017 1st Service Request was done online
- 1/25/2017 SR stated case was being processed accordingly.
2/1/2017 Request for additional information was requested.
I called USCICS and spoke to someone that stated that it can take 30 days to receive the letter in the mail. Once I receive it, it will state what information I need to prove and my deadline. My case has been put on hold and wont be processed again until USCIS recieves requested documents. My timeline will reset once this happenes.
I have been waiting for 153 days for them to say they need more information.
Looks like I'm back to day one.
