Does I-140 needs to be approved for AP/EAD combo card?

Hello,

Does anybody know if I-140 needs to be approved in order to get EAD/AP combo card approved?

Is it a requirement to have I-140 approved in order to get EAD/AP processed and eventually approved?

I filed concurrently I-140/I-485/I-131/I-765 with RD: Oct 6 and I haven't received AP/EAD combo card. I-140 with regular processing. My I-140 is not approved as of today.

Nope. You do not need to have an approved I140 to receive EAD/AP card.
