  • Ead/ap approved but no card in over 90 days

Hi! I am incredibly frustrated and sad for my husband who's parents are ill and he's been wanting for us to go see them overseas. We were approved on NOVEMBER 9TH and today is the 90th day and it has never been sent or even made probably. This is at the NBC office and I just don't know what to do. Our lawyers are useless and I called USCIS and they just keep putting Service requests which have been assigned and completed but nothing has happened. nothing in the mail.

Its been of course more than 6 months since we applied for his green card (485), so who knows when we will get his interview. What more can we do?

Maybe you can contact your local congressman? My husband is still waiting for his EAD/AP approval. It has been 127 days since we applied. It is very frustrating. We are probably going to contact our congressman soon.
Sorry it's being so slow, I hope it shows up soon. Best of luck to you!

Hi! Did you send a case in August? I?m almost in the same situation but I did not get approval just still waiting for a miracle. I feel you guys. I contacted my congressman it didn?t help. They basically do the same as representatives on the phone. Maybe you should try to set an appointment in USCIS? I think it?s the only way, waiting is really frustrating.
