EAD in the hand of a adjudicator. How long does it take to get approved?

Hi all,
I submitted my I-485 in 11/02/2017. Today I called the tier 2 customer service and was told my EAD application is in the hand of an adjudicator, and there's nothing to do but wait. Does anyone know how long it would take an adjudicator to process a case? Thanks!

I am waiting for over 20 days since the adjudicator officer took the EAD case. It'd be great if you guys can update when you hear something.

curious to know; does your online status say its in the hand of an adjudicator or is this only being relayed by the L2 USCIS employees?
