Hello everybody,
I'd like to share my EAD experience and see if anybody is experiencing the same. I have a L2 visa and I moved in NYC from Paris (France) on September 7th.
I send everything needed for the EAD on October 24th and it's been received by USCIS on October 24th. I received the notice of action on November 24th.
I already had a SSN when I submitted my EAD.
Since October 25th, nothing happened on my case : it's been received but it is still in line for processing. It's been almost 100 days now...
I already have a job offer and I really wish that something happen. Does anybody is in the same case that I am ?
I'd really like your feedback on my case.
NB : I'm taking care on my case by myself. My husband's company didn't affect me a lawyer to help me with.
Is there anything I can do to fasten the process ?
