It has been a long wait and already had to ask my employer to postpone my start date once.. this forum has been very informative so just wanted to share the timeline with those who are still waiting and could use some comforting news
11/8/2017 Case received by USCIS
1/12/2018 Expedite request (denied via email)
1/22/2018 Raised service request on 75th day
1/29/2018 Email response that 'case is in line to be reviewed'
2/9/2018 "New card being produced"
Also, could someone advice how long does it usually take for the card to arrive in your hands after "new card being produced" update?
