Finger prints taken for myself and spouse on 01/19/2018
I have received the EAD on 02/11/2018
My wife has not received that .
Raised an SR and got feedback on 02/08 that background check still not complete .
Anyone having same issue . Expected time frame for background check completion. Any suggestion is highly appreciated
