EAD Renewal waiting for 5+ months

Hello,

Anyone who filed for EAD renewal in Sep, california center, has received EAD yet?
I filed on 19 Sep, cat a(18). Still no update. Now I have a job offer in hand. When I called to USCIS to expedite my case, they mentioned it cannot be done after 90 days?
Has anyone experienced this? What else can I do?
