Card being mailed😋

I was a guest on this site for a good while and thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences!

So to get into it...here is my timeline for I-765:

Pd: oct 30 2017
Bio: nov 20 2017
First sr raised on Jan 8,2018...no response after 15 days (was informed to wait 30 days but oh well I didn’t lol).
Second sr raised Jan 23, 2018....no response either for that.
Contacted umbudsman on the Jan 23, 2018 also just Incase I didn’t hear anything for the second sr..the umbudsman office contacted via email 7 days later informing me that they contacted USCIS on my behalf.
Feb 10 2018 got an e-mail from USCIS informing me that my case status has changed to card being produced.
Feb 13 2018 got an e-mail that my case was approved.
Feb 14 got an e-mail stating that my card has been mailed to my address.
Oh and btw my Category is c9 marriage based.
Service center: NBC (MSC)

Not sure if umbudsman did much as I haven’t heard anything from them again but I?m happy that my card is on the way. Little bit over 3 months

Oh wow...have you tried contacting the umbudsman office to get assistance with what’s going on with your card and bio letter?
