Update: called again today, spoke to L2. Nothing I can do besides waiting. Shortly in his mind means 30 days. In my mind that means unemployment.
Told him im terribly dissapointed in how incompetent USCIS is and that i'm about to lose my job because of this. More than happy to keep working and pay taxes but i guess it's not meant to be..Last edited by boogiewoogie; 03-06-2018, 05:32 PM.This is my opinion, not legal advice!

But you can reach out again to have your ombudsman request expedited to have my uscis application expedited to have my life expedited..This is my opinion, not legal advice!

I am sailing in the same both . I have a job offer from a very big company so I cannot really count that as a financial loss for the organization.
Can anybody please help me on this ? With holiday season round the corner are things likely to get more sluggish at the USCIS center ?Comment
