I filled I-485, NIW-advanced degree EB2 petition on November 3rd. Still waiting for EAD and ravel documents, my current visa expires next month and I have a 30 days grace period. I need to travel but I am stuck. Any body in the same situation who filled around that time in Nebraska ? What can I do now, contact the congressman or senator ? Contacting the USCIS is completely useless as they are saying my file is waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. Please suggest
