Class of Admission

What should I fill in for my AP under class of admission... In my passport the stamp says B2 which is the visa I presented to the immigration officer and the stamp clearly says B2 with the date 6 months after my arrival but when I checked my I-94 online it says WT and the date is 3 months after my arrival.. what is my valid class of admission I should use for I-131 form??

Hi Klara,

it seems you entered the country on ESTA, Waiver Travel which is good for 3 months.
Although you may have a valid B2 visa, you didnt use it to enter the country, or at least that's what your I94 indicates.
If its wrong then perhaps you should reach out to USCIS to get the I94 corrected?

from what i understand you should fill in the status that you are on right now, which is WT. If you think it's wrong then i guess you can leave the country and re-enter on B2 but that sounds like a big hassle.
