  • Level 2 Officer had less info than the normal guy - help?

Hi all, this forum is great, and I'm sorry if im repeating questions already asked, I have read loads but there are so many different accounts.

I submitted I-485 with I-130 marrying a US citizen, with EAD and Advance Parole submitted, accepted on 26th Septempber 17

Initial request for evidence returned and recieved by USCIS 8th November 17 - (I have now been told that is processing day 1 again)

Website offers such conflicting information. I submitted an online service request, which was marked as completed after 30 days, but nothing happened.

Customer Service advised me to speak to Level 2 Officer. Arranged 3 callbacks, the first 2 cut off. They couldnt tell me a thing, and just to wait.

Is there any way to find out any information other than, just wait? They offered another service request, but I dont see the point, as nothing happened.

(PS. Please dont use lots of abbreviations, I dont understand them in a lot of the responses)

    Any advice appreciated

Ask your questions here. Telling us you were dissatisfied with USCIS responses says nothing.

If you got receipts from USCIS, and a Biometrics appointment, with no problems, your next step should be receipt of your EAD and Advance Parole. Have these things happened so far? Did you submit an I-765, Employment Authorization form?
