I need a small guidance.
I am completely lost hence posting this this forum has helped me tons :
My receipt was accepted on 10/11/2017
I have contacted Ombudsman , congressman , Senator and got my case expedited but no decisions yet made. Have a job offer will be no longer valid after Friday
sad but true.
I received this email yesterday from Senator :
" Your case is getting reviewed to confirm underlying eligibility"
I am on H1B now and applying Green card at C09 through my husband
Did anyone face this
