I have a few questions
1)I just got my EAD card, but my status is still F1 which I need to keep study as a fulltime student. Should I apply for a job at the weekend and still study fulltime ? Because I heard about that F1 visa can not work until the status be adjusted to GC .
2)Another thing is my lawer told me that I should not apply for any social benefits such as medicare,..., I'm not thinking about getting any benefits from gorvernment, but I would like to buy an insurance that have my spouse and my name. But the enrollment was ended until November 2018, so I could not apply for one ! Does anyone know there are any insurance that I can get with my spouse ? ( She is USC )
P/s : some of the hospitals in my state (Colorado) provide the financial assitance , so is it a public benefit ? I'm confused between the public benefits from gorvernment and the state financial assistance. Can anyone explain it ?
