Overstayed VISA, but I have an AP Card! Help!!

Hello everyone,

Has anyone traveled without a VISA in their passport (I overstayed my visa), but I have a valid AP card. I booked a 2 week trip to Brazil.. I want to make sure I can come back to the U.S without any crazy issue. I do not have a criminal background. Please let me know if any of you have had this case. I'm currently married to a US citizen, who is also traveling with me.

Yes, you can come back on that AP, assuming your AOS isn't denied in the meantime.

visa overstayed but I still have valid AP and i485 pending.

That?s what the AP is for. They don?t even consider another visa when they parole you back in. They will pull you into the room, but you shouldn?t have a problem unless you?ve been being bad.
