Hi everybody,
My case type is EOIR 42B, PD since 2012. I applied for I-765 renewal in June of 2017, did my biometrics, and waited for the EAD like the last 5 years. For the last 5 years, I got the EAD within 90 days. However this year, it did not come yet. In January, I received a letter from USCIS asking for extra evidence. It said I had to submit the additional evidence within 3 months, and 2 months have already passed. I only have a few weeks left. My attorney wasn't able to provide anything yet. Can anyone advise me on what to do? Has anyone experienced this or anything similar? Would I be able to go to the courts and request the additional evidence myself? With only a few weeks left, I don't have time to wait on my attorney. Please, I need some advice.
