AP at VSC

Hi,

I have applied for AP on 20th May,06 at VSC. I have to travel to india in Aug 1st week. I would like to know how much time it will take to get AP approval.

Anyone who got there AP approved, please post how much time it took for u, that would be a great help. And how much time it will take to get a receipt notice.

Received by USCIS on 4/27 with notice date of 4/29. So it took 2 months on my case. My wife EAD/AP was approved less than 10 days.

Two months, give and take a week, is usually around the general timeframe for most people.

I applied for a renewal EAD and AP on April 21. Still waiting. My H1 expired. Pending 485 and I140 approved. Any discussion on this case is welcome. Do I need to apply for H1 extension or it doesn't matter now? Am I a permanent or a non permanent Resident Alien?

Did you apply for EAD online?
I applied for EAD on April 21 and gave my biometrics on May 13th.
