Hi,
I'm on F1 visa for now and have married to an American citizen. My F1 visa expires on June 15, 2018. I applied for the green card, EAD and Advance Parole. All of these cases were received on January, 29, 2018 and got bio-metric done on Mar, 1, 2018. But I have not heard anything after this. I'm planning to visit my own country at the beginning of June for three weeks and come back to the US at the end of June. I do have B1/B2 visa too. So 1) can I still go back to my country and come back to the US using a B1/B2 visa if I can not get my Advance Parole document by the beginning of June? 2) Will this action jeopardize any of my cases, such as EAD and green card? 3) What will happen or what I can do after my F1 visa expires on June 15, 2018?
