Question in regards to RFE.. Please help..

Visa U filed: i485, i765, & i131

9/14/2017 - VSC received my case.
2/1/2018 - I received an RFE
3/16/2018 - I responded to RFE
3/27/2018 - I got the following email:
We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold.
You do not need to do anything at this time
We will resume processing your case and let you know if we need any more information from you.

Now my question is, how long does it generally take to hear back?? I've read that it takes 60 days to get a response others tell me that my timeline resets meaning that my initial day is not 3/27/2018 and not 9/14/2017??

Ugh. I'm trying my best to stay calm and be more patient.

4/4/2017 - Email saying USCIS updated my name on my case, no action needed

So it looks like its just more waiting hopefully I get good news soon

Had rfie 02/07/2018 for ead
Response sent 03/08/2018
Ead approved. 04/06/2018. Took about a month after i sent response for rfie to be approved.

That?s great that yours got approved. After you got to approval notification how long did it take to get the actual card in the mail?

And I actually got an update.
4/8/2018 - email saying

We are producing your card and mailing it to you.

You don?t need to do anything at this time.

We will mail your green card, employment authorization document, or combo card. It may take up to 120 days to deliver your new card.

If your mailing address is changes update your address with us.

About a week plus or minus a few days. I think ours took 5 days.

i called USCIS and they told me the timeline resets to 0 when RFE is responded
this frustrating and sloppy work by USCIS already took 150 days plus to send me RFE and not i guess they need 150 plus days more to decide or to send another RFE
i feel like why did i came to this country

I know how you're feeling, but just hang on and yes its easier said than done but there's always hope!
My PD is 9/14/2017 and it took USCIS 141 days to send me an RFE notification (asking to verify my identity and name change due to marriage)
Due to a delay in getting a new valid passport I had to wait before responding to the RFE.
So on 3/16/2018, I mailed a copy of my passport expired license, marriage certificate, and divorce paperwork
So 23 days later I got the email notification of "New Card being produced" I know for some of us it doesn't take long.
Others it can take 1-2 months after they receive the RFE response

Here is my complete timeline for full details.

Timeline for my EAD

9/14/2017 - Case received
10/6/2017 - (23 days later) Notice the date on i797c informing me of my upcoming biometric appointment **Lawyer failed to notify me of this notice**
10/25/2017 - (42 days later) Biometric appointment date **Missed appointment**
12/1/2017 - (79 days later) Walked into Phoenix office and completed my biometrics
12/8/2017 - (86 days later) 1st and only SR
12/13/2017 (91 days later) SR assigned & received a response of "Case is under review please wait"
2/1/2018 - (141 days later) RFE notification received (asking to verify identity and name change due to marriage)
3/16/2018 - (181 days later) Responded to RFE: I mailed, a copy of passport, drivers license, marriage certificate & divorce
3/27/2018 - (195 days later) Email notification saying: We received your response to our RFE for your Form I-765, Our VSC office is working on your case again.
4/7/2018 - (206 days later) Email notification saying: We ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us.
