          same here

in the same boat , its been over 180 days since i applied for EAD
received RFE at day 150 and now they are saying timeline resets to 0
which means they are taking additional 180 days to make decision i.e one year ?

I contacted Ombudsman in March, Senator and Congressman this week. No updates what - so - ever. Why is USCIS not processing cases on 1st come 1st serve basis. I see Dec 2017 filers getting their EADs.
I am on H1B visa, is that why they don't care for EAD approvals for me?

              RFE after 174 days

Filed oct 11th I cannot believe I received a RFE after 174 way too much. Sent the info back. Do you know if the timeline resets to 0 ? I am desperate. I hope this solves asap. No interview yet of course. Please keep posting your updates. I will too. Good luck to all and thanks for your support.

                167 Days... nothing yet.

                PD 10/26/2017
                BIO 12/1/2017
                1st SR on January
Reply 3/16 "wrong address on the service request" and NOTHING ELSE.
                2nd SR on 3/28
                Ombudsman 4/11

Not a thing since bio... I had to quit my job because my EAD from opt got expired on February. I start crying every time I come across pictures of my babies (former infant care teacher).
It's getting harder everyday to stay positive. It's been 2 months since I had to quit my job, and no news. NO NEWS AT ALL.

I just don't understand how they can be this inefficient in handling their caseloads.. I tried to understand them so bad, but I just can't now.
this waiting process is ridiculous. it's way beyond "2.5 months to 5 months".

I hope all of us hear something good soon.

                        Hopeless and no EAD yet

Still waiting, RD of Oct 02, 2017 at NBC F2A, PD of 09/01/2016. Several SRs,2 infopass, contacted ombudsman and congressman. No movement at all, no RFE and no updates either. At this point at a loss of words.

Situation for october filiers is entirely hopeless, how is this even remotely humane to have lives in limbo? Wonder if we applicants can band together and make some noise; not sure even if that would help since they seemed to follow unknown rules. Sympathetic to everyone who is in the same lost at sea boat. hope others have better luck than me.

Hey at least people with same Priority Dates applying from consular posts have not started getting Immigrant Visas ! For me my priority date has been current since the March 2018 Visa bulletin. Applicants under the same F2A category and same or later priority dates have got their immigrant visas from Consular posts and have come to USA as permanent residents. They will be able to naturalize before me. People like me have to wait another year to get a green card. This is injustice.

No sign of EAD/AP card either.
This sucks and USCIS is playing with people's lives !

The AP won't be a card. It should look like the letter below.
