Watching what has been happening since August, I'm totally convinced that they have a red flag that has prevented some people from getting their EAD/APs. I don't know what the flag is though. It may have something to do with legal status before applying for adjustment. My hubby was always in status, and hasn't accrued any unlawful time and we received his combo card on the shorter end of the normal processing time. I'm sure somebody will post anecdotes that don't fit this hypothesis, so IDK...

Well.. I was always in status too, but I?m still waiting for my combo card (176days). I really think it?s pure luck. Or it?s just one person handling all the delayed cases, and that person is exceptionally lazy.Originally posted by miiki View PostComment

The system is broken. Check the case tracker 2.0 only less than 10% of the October NBC EAD cases are approved. What are they doing? There's no fairness in USCIS's handling of the cases.
