Hi, so here's my timeline:
March 25th: application processed, applied for AP
April 4th: Biometric done
April 9: Applied for Expedited AP
April 11: Got notification its assigned, and my lawyer called, its denied. There will be a mail explaining why with instructions.
So what will be the next instructions? I applied first AP because my brother is getting married next month. Then I applied expedited AP because my uncle, whom I lived with for my entire life, is in critical condition and dying from brain tumor stage 4. He wishes to see me. I can provide all the evidences (brith certificate on how we related, lab result, photos, etc).
Can congressman help?
I'm really stress out right now. Thanks
