This?s the 2nd time I?m getting this email from uscis
After 2 weeks

You can read on bottom of that email that that's a inactivity email. You will get those every 2 weeks unless you turn off that setting on your uscis account...

Well I left them cuz you can see when they last took action on your case, but also they send you email when action is taken (approval or RFE) so its up to you...
My EAD was approved on 119 day so you might be close to approval...
