RFE response not in the system as Received

Hi guys! After 6 months waiting, uscis took an action on my case: they asked me a RFE.. :/
A simple thing, so I sent it back. But the system has not changed. Its still: We need more information from you.
How many days in average, does the system take to be updated? Should I call them to ask or should I wait? (I have the tracking number that says it was delivered)

Hey I had a same problem, usually take around 2 weeks. I sent them 22 Mart and they change to Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction on April 10...

I got my first RFE a couple of weeks ago, also after 6 months of waiting. I sent it straight back and the system was updated a day after they received my response to say that it was received and they would continue to work on my case. That was last week so waiting now to see if they want anything else or whether they will finally crack on with processing my stuff.
