      He overstayed his F1 visa by a couple of months, but never accrued time out of status. He was approved a B1 and a P1 visa since then, and has enter quite a few times on both of those before we applied for the green card.

      Many are adjusting from B visas. All of them have overstayed. They usually have no problem reentering with the AP.

        I used my CR passport, I don't even remember the last time I used my cuban passport jaja.
