  • Waiting for I-765 (EAD)

Anyone here who filed their papers in April through the National benefits center, case number starting with ?MSC?? Im really hoping that I will receive my EAD within a month or two but it looks like the uscis is still working on cases from December 2017. Just wondering if anybody else filed around that date and has any updates

    Thanks!!!

I filed April 12th and although I don't have my EAD yet, I am "ready to be scheduled for an interview" at this point. So, depending on how long it takes for them to schedule, might end up with GC and not even get the EAD, I hear that's pretty common these days. But if not, I'd hope to receive my EAD by end of July in a perfect world. We will see.

                Waiting with so much anxiety.....

I filed the whole package at the beginning of March,
received all the receipts in mid March (3/14)
Got the biometrics done mid April, and USCIS status changed to "Fingerprint review completed"
                No RFE so far!

It's been over 3 months now and I'm starting to get so much anxiety!! My current EAD (OPT) will expire on 7/2, and so will my drivers license..
If I don't get my new c9 EAD before 7/2 I won't be able to work, and even worse won't be able to drive!!!

Guys! I know it takes 4-6 months to process but really could need some reassuring words right now I am freaking out

                lol

Filed on Jan 2018, still waiting

I filed my paperwork on Jan 2018 and I'm still waiting. Feeling extremely anxious and the processing times are not moving. When can you file your first SR? once the USCIS processing times are reviewing your case? or past 90 days from the date you filed?

Still waiting. We didn't even get the message "fingerprints reviewed" even though my husband went for his biometrics in February.

Called, mailed NBC, visited local office, talked to senators, sent service request and inquiries...

Waiting too... but since September 2017

I'm at 263 days, MSC, c(9) based 765. Married to USC.

You guys have a LOOOONG way to go, just be prepared that it might exactly not go how you want it to go. 90 days is a utopia at this time. I got my fingerprints done in september.

I'm in NJ, and processing times here are 6-8 months minimum for 765. 12-20 months for marriage based GC. Have patience, friends.
