EAD and AP renewal in C09P category while I 485 is pending

Hi All,

Need your inputs.

Our I 485 decision is pending however the EAD and AP are nearing expiration.

I need to file I 765 and I 131 concurrently for renewal , however had few questions which needs to be clarified:

Can I put both form I 765 and I 131 in one packet ?

Also for one family with 4 members, should it be one envelope or 4 separate envelopes?

There is no renewal fee? Please confirm ?

What additional document should I send along with the renewal application ? - Photo copy of existing EAD/AP, I 485 interview notices?
