How can i get my USCIS# on the EAD while it was not delivered by mistake
I have received my EAD and by mistake the family who has received it they have returned back the card to the sender (immigration), is there a way that i can have my work permit number at least so i can start working?

But i think you need to fill in the I-9 regardless with your number on it.
