Raised several SRs, attended infopass - no info. My lawyer is advising me to not contact the congressman at this point and wait for some more time but I saw posts about T2 officer etc. so here are my Qs:
1)How do i reach a T2 officer? Do I call the contact center and ask them to transfer me to one?
2) How do I find if my case has been assigned to an officer?
