Dear all,
I'm married to a USC. My timeline is:
-01/25 filed.
-02/19 biometrics appointment.
-03/01 they asked me for more information (a translation for the birth certificate).
-03/23 translation sent.
I'm over 5 months but when I try to raise an SR the website tells me that I'm still within processing time. Every time I try to book an info-pass appointment the website tells me there are no appointments offered at the moment.
I haven't received confirmation about reviewing my fingerprints; I haven't received confirmation either for the evidence I sent nor for the medical form.
Do I have to be able to raise a SR before contacting Ombudsman or Congressman or trying to expedite it? I got a job offer that I lost, and I just received a new job offer. What do you think it's the best course of action for me?
