    EAD Renewal Timeline (210 Days Pending)

    Hi guys~

    This is my timeline:

    12/19/2017 ~ Filed EAD renewal c09 based
    5/8/2018 ~ Opened 1st SR
    6/4/2018 ~ Requested 1st Expedite
    6/21/2018 ~ "Under Review, will take action shortly.."

    210 days/7 months pending..

    Can anyone tell me how exactly to reach out to congressman or senator? My EAD expired 2/2/2018 and I am able to work using 180-day automated extension.

    Finally got “New Card Ordered” update today guys! ~~

    I will update again when card gets delivered.

      2/17/19 Traveled abroad
      3/04/19 Paroled back in country using EAD/AP
      3/11/19 Submitted renewal of EAD/AP
