Hi all, just thought I'd let you know how it went down

I got the AP letter form, not the dual card as they ballsed that up royally

Travelled from London to Newark - the admission point into Newark was completely painless, asked who my sponsor was, went to secondary interview point and they stamped my form, no questions

The issue I had was in London - nobody at Virgin Atlantic knew what Advance Parole was. Leave plenty of time at your departure airport, as I was told twice I couldnt fly, and I had to push for them to understand it

    Happy travels

Not sure how that happened. I have flown from LA to London twice this year using my AP with Virgin Atlantic - the last time was 2 weeks ago. Each time I have handed over my AP card to the attendants and they all knew exactly what it was, clicked some boxes on their screen and I was good to go.
