Question about EAD/AP renewal with pending I-485

- I came into US with F1 visa. At the time I filed I-485 (c9 category), I was still in F1. But now after I graduated, I finished my F1, what should I put as my "current status" in the I-765 renewal form? I talked to an officer at International student office and she said after I finished my F1, my status will be Permanent residence pending. So in I-765, should my current status be permanent residence pending?
- I had EAD which served as AP (both in 1 card). So should I file I-131 together with I-765 for renewal of both?

You can put "F1 (out of status)", or "AOS pending" or something like that. What you put doesn't mater for EAD in this category.

Yes, you should file both I-765 and I-131 if you want both EAD and AP.
